Mike Ross

Growing up, I've always had a passion for fitness and athletics. I grew up in Crystal Lake, Illinois and I've lived in The Battlefords for the last 8 years. My high school days were filled with baseball, basketball, football and soccer. I continued playing baseball in university, before embarking on my coaching career. I have coached for over 12 years. I have experience training individual athletes, teams and small groups and coaching baseball and soccer teams. Outside of NB Strength I teach Physical Education at Holy Family School, play baseball with the North Battleford Beavers, and enjoy spending time with my family.
