Are you looking to move and feel better in your everyday life? You’re in the right place.
With degrees in Psychology (Concordia University of Edmonton) and Kinesiology (University of Saskatchewan), and certification as a CSEP-Clinical Exercise Physiologist, I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to health and fitness. I specialize in lifestyle training, body recomposition, pregnancy and postpartum fitness, and athletes. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition or simply aiming to improve your overall well-being and improving your performance, I develop personalized programs that support both physical and mental health.
My qualifications allow me to work with a wide range of clients, including individuals living with diabetes, multiple sclerosis, COPD, Parkinson’s disease, and injury. I believe movement should be accessible, sustainable, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.
I’m currently advancing my professional development by working toward my Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Certification. I also plan to pursue a Master of Science in Sport and Performance Psychology to become a Certified Mental Performance Consultant. I view learning as a lifelong journey—and one that continuously enhances the support I can offer my clients.
I grew up playing a variety of sports, with a particular focus on hockey. During my AAA career, I billeted in North Battleford and later relocated to Red Deer to pursue college hockey. These experiences taught me the value of discipline, teamwork, and consistency—lessons that continue to guide my approach to coaching today.
Athletics laid the foundation for my lifelong commitment to movement. I believe staying active into adulthood is essential for maintaining physical health, supporting mental well-being, and improving overall quality of life. Whether through structured training or daily activity, moving with purpose helps build resilience, reduce stress, and support a strong, capable body at any stage of life.
I’m here to help you build a lifestyle that enhances your strength, confidence, and vitality—inside and out. Let’s work together to help you move better, feel better, and live better.
