NB Strength
World Class programming for everyday gym goers and athletes to break those plateaus. A 60 min pre-designed program that focuses on overall Strength and Conditioning. This class incorporates 3 different options for each workout which allows you to substitute exercises, equipment, reps or time depending on your fitness level. This class runs twice a week, focused on full body toning, improved endurance, and metabolic conditioning. You'll sweat, smile and grow stronger with every class! Mom Strength is the perfect opportunity to focus on yourself while still being with your baby. This class runs twice a week for 60 minutes and focuses on improving your pelvic floor and core muscles, overall strength and cardio to reclaim your body and energy. Each session is uniquely designed by a NB Strength coach who specializes in pregnancy and postpartum.

This class is created for older adults who want to add quality and quantity to their lives. LIFE Class runs twice a week and is guided by the goals, limitations and fitness level of all participants. Strength Training is beneficial for older adults in their overall health, balance and to prevent the loss of bone mass and muscle mass. Cardiovascular exercise is progressively added which aids in heart and lung health, sleep and everyday functional activities

Pilates, also known as “Contrology,” was created by Joseph Pilates in the 1920’s. It is a type of mind-body, low impact exercise that is completed on the mat. It involves dynamic flexibility while maintaining core stabilization. Pilates improves strength, flexibility, mobility, stability and posture. Your “Powerhouse” which encompasses your hips, core and glute muscles will feel the burn every class!

This 45 - 60 minute class is designed for kids ages 9-13. This class is a great foundation for kids to learn proper movement and lifting techniques. They will start learning movement with a PVC bar and gradually move to adding weight once the correct movement has been established to prevent injuries

What are your membership options?
Currently we offer a full-time and part-time membership. Every new membership requires a 3 month commitment, followed by a 30-day cancellation policy.
What is your class schedule?
We have a full daily schedule that typically consists of 6am, 9am, noon, 330 pm, 430 pm, 530 pm, and 630 pm classes. See our updated schedule here:
What should I expect in a class?
Our classes are 45-60 minutes and include a warm up, stretching, and a daily focus. Typically, the daily focus is 15-20 minutes of functional fitness timed workouts, but periodically we focus solely on strength development.
Every class is run by a coach. We offer individual feedback within the small group, but guide everyone through the daily session.
Is class beginner friendly?
Our program has adapted over the years. We love having new members Join The Herd. For that reason, we make sure to accommodate new members and reduce the workload and provide safe movement options. Hurting our clients does not help us grow and does not help you love us either.
Every daily workout has beginner, intermediate, and advanced options designed off of one “prescribed” workout. Since every class is coached, you have someone at your disposal to guide you in the right direction.
What is Beyond the Whiteboard?
We subscribe to an application called Beyond the Whiteboard (BTWB). This app allows you to view the daily workout, warm up, mobility, workout prep, and tips videos. After your workout you can record your time or score, so that when the workout is repeated down the road you can do an evaluation of your progress over time. Monitor your strength development in real time. Another cool feature is a social media aspect, where you can stay engaged with other members.
What do I need to bring?
Gym clothes, indoor shoes, and a water bottle.
Do you have change rooms? Shower?
We have two bathrooms/change rooms available and one has a shower.
Can I bring my kids?
Absolutely! Our new facility was designed with a small kids room for them to hang out in a safe area away from the workout space. Bring some toys and snacks, while mom/dad get in a workout! We ask you to please clean and sanitize appropriately after each use.
Do you offer meal plans?
We have a registered dietitian available to help you with any health and fitness goals you have. A registered dietitian accumulates 5 years of undergraduate nutrition science knowledge, followed by a dietetic practicum across the spectrum of nutrition specialties.
Our registered dietitian specializes in chronic disease education, weight management, and general healthy eating advice.

Do you offer private training?
We have a variety of personal training options! Sessions lengths can be between 30-60 minutes. Memberships can include in person sessions, online program development or a combination.
